Terms of Use — Tarot Diary

1. The service

The App provides tarot reading results, diary and record management, card packs, and optional features purchased with Stardust. The App does not guarantee any fortune-telling outcome or future event; it is a reflective tool for self-checking and record-keeping.

2. Accounts & age

Login is provided through Google, Apple, or Kakao accounts.
Server-protected features are available only to users who confirm they are 14 or older.
You are responsible for keeping your account and login credentials secure.

3. Stardust & payments

Stardust is an in-app point used for optional features and is not exchangeable for cash.
Top-ups, payments, and refunds follow the policies and procedures of the App Store and Google Play.
Payment integrity is managed by reconciling store records with a server ledger; grants may be restricted if misuse is found.
Whether a refund is available and how it is processed follows each store's policy. If a refund event is confirmed, the credited Stardust or usage status may be adjusted accordingly.

4. Card packs & content

The Rabbit tarot is included from the start; free and premium packs can be unlocked and downloaded in the App. Rights to card illustrations, text, and design belong to the operator or rightful owners; copying, distribution, or modification beyond personal, non-commercial use is not permitted.

5. Your content

You retain the rights to records you create, such as diaries and notes. These are stored on your device by default, and you can keep or move them yourself via export. The operator cannot view or recover local records that are not stored on our servers.

6. Prohibited conduct

Interfering with normal operation or overloading our servers
Bypassing or abusing the payment and Stardust systems
Misusing others' accounts or infringing their rights
Unauthorized copying, distribution, or modification of App content

7. Disclaimer

Reading results are reference information for entertainment and self-reflection and do not replace professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You are responsible for decisions made based on the results.

To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damages arising from causes beyond reasonable control, such as force majeure or third-party service outages.

8. Changes & interruptions

The operator may change or discontinue all or part of the service; material changes will be announced in advance in the app or on the web.

9. Termination

You may end use at any time via in-app account deletion or a web deletion request. The operator may restrict use or terminate an account after notice (or without notice in urgent cases) where a breach or misuse is confirmed. See the Account & Data Deletion guide for details.

10. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes are resolved through the procedures set by applicable law.

11. Changes to these Terms

If these Terms change, we will post the effective date and changes in the app or on this page. Updated Terms apply from the announced effective date.
