Stars payments and store refunds

This informational guide explains what to check before a purchase and where to request a refund from the payment store.

What are Stars?

Stars are digital items used for Question Readings and supported card packs inside the app.

Use Stars for a reading

The final confirmation shows the selected card count and required Stars before you choose Get reading.

Unlock a card pack

A locked pack shows its displayed price and status before you confirm an unlock with Stars.

If saving the result fails

Choose Retry saving in Question Reading. This does not spend Stars again, and a successful save opens the result sheet.

Request and track a refund

Request a refund and check its approval status with the store used for the actual payment.

For final price, tax, sale status, and product contents, rely on what the payment store and the app purchase confirmation show at checkout. Refund eligibility, approval, and timing are determined by the payment store’s policy and applicable law.

When you contact us about a payment

Include the following details so the purchase and app state can be checked.

  • Customer UID
  • Device platform and payment store
  • Product purchased
  • Purchase time
  • Screenshot showing the order information or receipt
